By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions listed on this page.

LIVE SALE AND INVOICING POLICIES

Roxjar will strictly enforce the following invoicing policies to ensure fairness, efficiency, and a smooth experience for all customers:

  1. Invoices are issued immediately after each live sale, unless otherwise stated during event

  2. All invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid within 3 hours at the latest

  3. During special promotions or announced sales, invoices must be paid no later than 8:00 a.m. the following day, unless otherwise specified

  4. Failure to pay an invoice within the required timeframe will result in a bag pull, meaning the you forfeit all claimed items

  5. Once forfeited, items become available for purchase to all

  6. There are no put-backs, swaps, or changes of mind during live sales

  7. If you claim an item, you are committing to purchase it

  8. Price is what was agreed upon in live plus shipping

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

  1. Repeated issues with: Late or missed payments, Invoice alterations, claim bag manipulation may result in a temporary or permanent ban from purchasing with Roxjar

  2. All account restrictions are applied at the sole discretion of Roxjar and management to maintain fairness and respect for both the business and our customer community

  3. By participating in our live sales you acknowledge, understand and agree to all invoicing policies

RETURNS IF APPLICABLE

  1. Eligible returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date

  2. Returns received after 14 days will not be eligible for a store credit

  3. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or missing items

 ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE

  1. No refunds or returns for: Incorrect sizing, Fit issues, Personal preference changes

  2. Sizing details, multiple photos, and live sale visuals are always provided

  3. Please ask questions before purchasing

AUTHENTICITY & ARTISAN DISCLAIMER

Roxjar proudly supports all Native American artisans and honor their craftsmanship with the highest respect they deserve

  1. Roxjar hand picks all of the Native American-made pieces directly from Indigenous artists or trusted resellers to bring the best available to you

  2. Native-made items are clearly labeled whenever applicable

  3. Non-Native-made items are always clearly labeled and descripted as such

Roxjar strives for full transparency in all listings and live sales. If you have questions about an item’s origin, we encourage you to ask before purchasing

  1. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, unintentional errors may occur. By shopping with Roxjar, you agree to contact us directly so concerns can be resolved promptly

TURQUOISE STONE AUTHENTICITY

TYPES OF TURQUOISE OFFERED

  1. Our collections may include:

  1. Natural Turquoise – Untreated turquoise beyond cutting and polishing

  2. Stabilized Turquoise – Enhanced with clear resin for durability

  3. Composite/Reconstituted Turquoise – Bonded turquoise fragments

  4. Block Turquoise - Turquoise stones are turned into a powder, the powder is then mixed with plastics and resins and compressed. Then they are molded and dried. When dry, the mass is cut into blocks, the cabochons are then cut from this block

Turquoise is sourced globally, including: United States, Mexico, China, Kazakhstan, Egypt, & more. Which means if information is not disclosed to us, we would not have the information to disclose to you

ETHICAL PRACTICES

  1. Roxjar will only claim Native American-made unless verified or tribal names unless artisan has on discerption

  2. All descriptions reflect the best information available to Roxjar

SHIPPING

  1. Roxjar ships daily & most packages will go out the next business day

  2. Processing and shipping may take up to 14 days at the latest if we are traveling to bring you on field trips

  3. We are not responsible for carrier delays

  4. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  5. Address changes must be confirmed before payment is completed

PACKAGE INSURANCE PROTECTION

Roxjar strongly recommends adding Package Insurance Protection(PIP). You will send Roxjar a direct message requesting us to add to your order. Roxjar will send a separate payment request to you for PIP to be added to your package. Invoice is due upon receipt and must be paid within 3 hours at the latest of being sent to insure PIP is added to your package.

  1. Provides fast and easy claims processing

If PIP is not requested or paid:

  1. Responsibility transfers to you, the customer once shipped

  2. Roxjar is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  3. No refunds

USPS undelivered claims:

  1. Roxjar are unable to file claims with USPS until 30 days after shipment

  2. Claim processing with USPS may take an additional 30 days

  3. Roxjar doesn’t have any control over shipping carriers or timelines but will do everything in our power to resolve any issues that accrue

USPS damaged items upon arrival claims:

  1. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Contact email at support@roxjar.com with pictures of packaging and contents on how it arrived to receive a pre-paid return label & ship back to us in the original packaging

MISSING PACKAGES & CLAIMS

  1. If marked delivered but missing: Contact us immediately & Contact your local post office (please remember they are the ones who carried and delivered your package)

  2. Claims cannot begin until 30 days after shipment

  3. Refunds or replacements: Issued only after claim approval from carrier (UPS, USPS, etc) & Requires Route Protection

  4. Open claims must be resolved before action can be taken

JEWELRY CARE TIPS

Turquoise is porous and is very sensitive to: Heat, Chemicals, Perfumes and Moisture

Avoid exposure to: Water, Perfume, Lotion, Sunscreen, Oils, Soap, Coffee or tea

Cleaning & Storage

  1. Clean with a soft cotton cloth only

  2. Use polishing cloths on metal only — avoid stones

  3. Store wrapped in tissue or cotton cloth

  4. Airtight storage helps prevent sterling silver from tarnishing
